We provide limited funds for each family member to designate eligible recipients without input or approval, direct or implied, from the Foundation. Because acceptance of a wide range of thought and values among our family members ensures our own diversity, equity, and inclusivity, we prefer, but we do not require, family members to select recipients that do not discriminate in operations or employment-related actions on the bases of race, color, sex, national origin, age, religion, creed, disability, military status, socio-economic status, sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, and that are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusivity in their own activities and services.
